From the industrial revolution to the present, digitalization has been affecting many areas of life as a changing virtual technological climate. Digital environments that are easy to access and free to interact with, with their effects that start at the individual level and spread to the social level, make technology acceptable in a short time and in the long term. Technology, with its dimension affecting daily life, also adds many new concepts to our lives. In the new technological order interpreted with digital extensions, social and mass transformations are realized through new digital concepts. These concepts guide “technocommentaries” not only with their definitional dimension but also as technological tools with their digital technology dimension, and in addition to the concepts that define technology, application and usage areas, they also lead to the addition of new concepts to the literature for its users.Through these concepts, the social and cultural effects of technology are measured and evaluated, thus technology opens many new windows for users in its effective dimension, and at the same time, it evaluates individuals in the new digital world that adapt to the digital world with updated definitions. Those who are proficient in the use of technology will be defined as digital natives, those who are introduced to technology later will be defined as digital immigrants, and those who use technology cautiously will be defined as digital sages.
